I have a link that adds <code>?disp=posts&posts=n</code> to a blog url, where n is the number of posts to view.

If that number is the same as that set in the back office then the posts are shown as full content, any other number I get excerpts.

I would like to have full posts is there a parameter I can add to the url?

Under the SEO tab there are a number of cases where there is an option to select excerpts or full posts but non of them apply.
