I think b2evolution is not LTI compliant. I have been looking around and realise that being LTI compliant is something that most LMS do by default in their standard versions, but in the case of CMS, that feature is given by third-party plugins, usually developed by universities or by people/companies related with academic environments.

I am also afraid that I haven't heard anything about a b2evolution - Desire2Learn integration.
