Where do you advise putting media elements associated with a skin? I've noticed that for the sample skin, the images are in media/shared/global/[something]. Not knowing much about this, it would seem logical to include those elements in the skins/[custom]_skin directory.

Hi I place a folder/directory in the skin folder, as it clearly isn't being used else where, as well as a [style.css] for the skin.
