Hi

I have a new 5.2.2 install and use the skin 'Intense' as the Main skin. Then I use the 'Touch' skin for the Mobile Skin.
When I configure the Widgets I have the containers:

Front Page Main Area
Menu
Mobile: Footer
Page Top
Sidebar
Header [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]
Menu Top [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]
Mobile: Navigation Menu [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]
Mobile: Tools Menu [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]
Sidebar 2 [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]

This is good...

But when I have a upgraded installation from 5.0.9 or .5.2.1 to 5.2.2 (same skin setup) I have the problem that certain containers are missing:

Mobile: Navigation Menu [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]
Mobile: Tools Menu [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]

I tried to reload the skins and everything but the missing container do not show up in Widgets. This is annoying because you can't use the mobile tools and navigation items

Could you please help?

Kind regards,
Ralf

What happens when you click the "reload" icon at the top right of the containers/widgets screen?

A screenshot would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi @fplanque

Yes - I have tried to reload the containers, on top of the page the info appears that there are new containers found but they do not show.

I have done another test, and that is that I changed the Touch skin to a standaard skin - used the skin as the standard for the site - now the missing containers show up - but there is nothing assigned to the containers. When I do assign something (i.e. free html) and switch back Touch to a mobile skin, the conatiner will show - but not those containers that are empty in the Touch skin.

Hope that you understand how I decribed it.

Kind regards,
Ralf

Hi @zebulon,

The thing is that some containers of the Touch skin has changed between versions 5.0.9 and 5.2.x. You should see a new empty container which name is "Mobile: Footer", so you just need to move the widgets from "Mobile Footer [NOT INCLUDED IN SELECTED SKIN!]" to this new one. If the latest is empty and you reload the containers, it will disappear.

I still couldn't figure out what happens with the "Menu Top" container, which doesn't exist either, but its replacements are not displayed. I will get back to you after finding something useful.

Regards!
