Version 5.0.6 will be updated to 5.0.7 by time I've done this

Is this easy? Can I just copy the categories and items tables via export and import using phpMyAdmin for example.

Thanks

Hi

I have just updated.

You do not need to have a new database but can use the existing one.
If you download 5.0.7 and unpack it locally (your PC) you find detailed instruction about how to update in the index.html file.

Thanks zebulon8

That wouldn't do what I want as
a) I want to split the database and
b) there are only certain posts I want in the new database.

but thanks. I will update soon and see if your info is useful

All the best

Ok What I have done is to copy the whole database to a new domain and then delete some blogs which includes sets of posts.

Thanks
