I switched the jpg to display.
When you look at the first 2 lines of the screenshot, you can see that PHP 7.2 is badly configured.
And here we'd really like you to have answered the question about "NAME OF YOUR WEBHOST" ...

Cool! I changed the PHP Setting
open_basedir no value
and now 7.2 is working!
Why an attachment not a screen shot with URL?
Your jpg linked to me to a download page that on my security sensitive setup gives me a warning about downloading files, which of course i then have to download and then open etc. and the image is not in the url context.
So direct screenshots, as @fplanque repeatedly reminds us users, are asked for and easier at this end to read detail
