Poll not working

When I try to vote on the preinstalled poll, I have no ability to select radio buttons.

If I click Change Vote, the page refreshes and the green bootstrap box says "Your vote has been cast.".

That is because the poll is configured to allow 3 answers max!

ah, and as admin, I had already voted in the past because I inherited the prior actions of the demo admin. Correct?

This happened the very first time I tried to vote.

There are 3 checkboxes already checked. Uncheck one and then you can check another.
