A few months ago, I started a blog using the Pixel Green skin (http://michabooks.ca/MBblog). This morning I upgraded to version 5.0.4 and now there are two problems I am unable to fix:

1.My nickname has been replaced by ?admin? and I am unable to replace ?admin? with the name that I would like to appear in the ?by? line; I used to see Helene Louise before the upgrade, and I can't seem to figure out how to change it back.
2.In the list of categories, there is a screen formatting issue; an extra bullet is overlapping with the text for each category listed.

I have checked with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and IE, same issue with all browsers.
