Recommended PHP memory_limit setting for 6.6.1

I've just upgraded my test installation to 6.6.1. This time round, I have a warning under Systems | Status telling me my PHP memory_limit is too low:

The memory_limit is too low. Some features like image manipulation will fail to work.

What is the recommended setting for this on b2evolution now?

256M , 384M if possible
