Checking and so far don't find your problem
For example
File [/admin.php] at lines 109, 164 requires [_adminUI.class.php] so the file name is correct with the capitals UI

Can you be more specific about the 'configs' as the files I've checked are OK
EDIT There's no call to either of those files in [config/_config.php] and [config/_basic_config.php]
Most people on this forum are users not developers so they will not know where all the details are, so complete paths to the files you have a problem with would be helpful, as well as attaching screenshots to show the error and what page brought it up.

Very sorry amoun,
I check it once again, and Total Commander FTP client, automatically changes the letters while copying to server to small ones. I have never seen this behavior...
Sorry for bothering you...
I wil delete this post.
Have a nice day

How do I replicate the process you used to arrive at the error? Hence the screen shots would be usefull.

Just downloaded TC-with ftp version [tcmd920x32.exe] on Windows 10 1709
No problem with character changes, and haven't found an option to convert to lower case ???

Still looking at settings in TC
I set it up to transfer in UTF-8

There's a setting under the toolbar button to change multiple file names which brings up this dialogue box.
You could check to see if a relevant setting changes all you file names to lower case.
Maybe it was done once and the setting saved ???
