I'd be surprised if you could do this in B2o, because it requires a setup in the server. To do it manually, just create a new forder on the server. This depends on your host. You probably have a domain with a folder called www. If you make a subfolder, it will create an ANYTHING.blogdomainname.info subdomain.
In this you'll need to setup a new b2o install.
