My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I've looked at ever single possible post here regarding posting an swf and I can't get it to work. I'm using this code-

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="http://rocktownhall.com/bash.swf"><param name="movie" value="http://rocktownhall.com/bash.swf"></param></object>

I have added 'object' to my formatting.php and have turned my html-checker off. But I get nothing.

I have also tried the cflash plug-in to no avail.

Is this really possible to do? If so, can anyone give me a blow by blow on how to do it?
