My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Hi -

I have an 0.9.2 installation that, naively, I installed with /b2evolution as the root directory, so that everyone has to go to

http://<my virtual blog host>/blogs/<blog stub>

to see the blogs.

I want to upgrade to 1.9.2, and I also want to change the root directory to /blogs, so that people can go to

http://<my virtual blog host>/<blog stub>

Are there any data in the database that are URL dependent? Can I just follow the upgrade instructions (0.9.2 --> 1.8.2, 1.8.2 --> 1.9.2) and then move the root dir, or should I move the root dir first and then upgrade?
