[1.9.x] No skin or images just text (using xampp)

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

I have resently styarted to use b2evo.
Made a nice blog for private use (max 10 users).
Im hosting it on a (windows XP pro SP2) pc at home.
Im using [url=http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html]xampp[/url] because im totaly new to apache, mysql, etc.

It worked fine for 3 days but now when i login (remote or via localhost) i only get to see the text, no layout, no colors, no images.
Its also very slow (maybe because it tries to load the skin/images).

I restarted the pc, restarted the services from apache and mysql but still nogo :(

I have no idea where to start...searched the forum and google'd..but no clear answer...

My ISP was so kind to reset my IP adres, i have had the same for almost a year now but today they changed it for some reason :(

Anyway, updating the base url solved the problem... :)

Well, anyway you found the solution to your problem pretty quick. This could have cost you days in end to find.

I was really lost... until i tried www.whatismyip.com and noticed all had changed.
No to prevent this i am looking into a free dns untility.
