My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Being very new to code and used to Blogger dashboards, I'd be grateful for the following widgets/plug-ins:

For the menu bar:-
Add a list (ordered by alpha or numbered or whatever you choose)

Add a text box

Expand the posts so that instead of Weeks, Months etc the names of the x number (say 20?) of posts were listed.

Add a blogroll

If these do exist could someone point me in the right direction please.

I realise that B2Evo is not Blogger but it would really help me having a slightly easier user interface for the skin/template.
