[1.9.x] how to use Quick Tags plugin?

My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Hi.
I need a plugin for tags and i'm using tag cloud.
This is the link:

After that i installed it i see in the backoffice that there is another plugin called
Quick Tags .How can i use it?
I put the code in the sidebar like tag_cloud but nothing happen :/

Another question.Is it possible to have tags separated from category?

Tag cloud and quick tags are two different function :oops:

AFAIK there aren't that many stupid questions - especially when the person who asks it figures out the answer on their own. That makes it a smart way to share something you figured out.

For those who might be curious, quick tags makes buttons in the back office that let you add some html tags to your blog post quickly.
