My b2evolution Version: 1.9.2

I've searched and searched and i can't seem to find the answer to this question.

I'm trying to make the title of the blog post, the permanent link for the post.

I've looked in the _main.php for my theme and found the right code to manipulate, but i can't seem to get it to work.

Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance. I'm using 1.9.2 BTW.
