My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x
So I got B2evolution installed (I think) and created a blog post. But when I try to go to the blog URL I get a "404: Not Found:" error.
Looking at my directory structure I don't see any fidirectory for the blog in question. Clicking any link I can find, even from within the Admin tool, to go to the blog nets the same response.
It seems like b2evolution just isn't creating the necessary file/directory for the blog(s) but I see no error to indicate that or any obvious way to fix it.
Any suggestions?

Try uploading the files again. I see many problems with erronous uploads.
Next, go to the admin section of your host (cpanel or phpmyadmin or the solution of your host) and check whether the database is installed. You should see approimately fourty tables, all starting with evo_
If this didn't work, report back at this forum, preferrably with a link to your blog.
