My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

When I select Blog Settings, and go to the List (all) tab, I am attempting to delete blog #5, but it is not allowing me to do so. Instead, it is saying "page not found" and giving me the lengthy address below in my Iexplorer bar. I tried to do a search in the forums for more information, but couldnt seem to locate a match. Sorry if the address is overkill, just thought maybe someone would know from looking at it what I am doing "wrong". When I am attempting to make the edit, I am logged in as admin, and the blog numbers (index.php?blog=5) and normal web address seem to match, so, not sure why it is giving me the "not found" error...
