My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I re-installed ( upgraded) it tells me :

Checking DB schema version... 9340 : OK.

The database schema is already up to date. There is nothing to do.

Now you can log in with your usual b2evolution username and password.

Problems:
But it will not let me login, I sent for new password and stilln o luck getting into admin panel

The index shows the new blog screen rather than files from my database.

Versions:
The reason I re-installed was due being hacked, I had version 1.93 from 2007-01

I upgraded to 1.9.3 "Rainforest" 2007-03-10
