My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

I downloaded b2evolution today and installed it. I run my own webserver with php and mysql. I have created the database and user and was able to install everything fine. now when i go to the admin page and log in witht he default admin and generated password the login page recycles. ive blown away the tables and reinstalled and still the same this. what do i need to do? mt url is : http://johnandkatie.no-ip.info/blogs/ any help would be much appreciate.
