This sounds like a cookie problem.
You did not even tell which version you're using. Maybe $baseurl/$cookie_domain is wrong.
It might help to have account information to test/reproduce it.
Do you have the same problem on the demo site?
Have you tried another browser?

$baseurl is set in /conf/_basic.conf IIRC

I cannot see a problem on http://varsitysportsradio.com/htsrv/login.php

Your problem is likely a cookie issue! Maybe you have cookies for both .knng.varsitysportsradio.com _and_ .varsitysportsradio.com and those conflict somehow.

Please check this by looking into the list of cookies you have for *varsitysportsradio* and be careful about the subdomain when logging in.

You also may want to manually set $cookie_domain to ".varsitysportsradio.com" in /conf/ (search for it), so it does not get derived from $baseurl.
