My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

I am a noob with b2evolution, and I am using the crystal glass skin. What I am trying to do is change the composition of the feedbacks link. Right now the link reads something like "10 Feedbacks". I want it to read "Click Here to Leave Feedback (10)". Do these changes have to be made in main.php, feedback.php or both? I appreciate any help that you experts can give me. Thank you
