www and no www

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I developed a Eye care blog for a client now I customized the nav for him with his topbar all links start with /eyecare.html ( for static pages)

when I browse I get http://www.url.com but when I go to the blog and click back to static pages I get http://url.com is there a way to get the www back in

I checked the blog settings and I made them absolute URL with WWW

Check the $baseurl in conf/_basic_config.php and put the www in there because I'm guessing it's not in there.

I am also having the same problem however after I edited _basic_config.php I am unable to upload it into the config file! My ws_ftp is saying access denied. Any suggestions?
