Video flv in b2evolution

Hi, i want put a flv video in my blog (b2evolution), the video is on my server, then i need a plugin that let me show the video from there, not from youtube...

please help me...

I haven't seen anything that lets you do that. There's a video player plugin but it doesn't support this function.

I wish we could just standardize on SWF videos, or MPG
