My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have a blog thats been running or a while now ver. 0.9.0.8 "Oslo"

I'd like to upgrade it or convert it to wp or anything, but I have no idea how to go about it seeing how its so old, and the last time I tried to do an upgrade I was down for over a week.

Looking for some guidance or hire someone to do it or me.
