In checking out some sample sites, i didn't see any with static pages, does B2 have this capability like wordpress ? post/page I didn't see it in the admin options,
I am test driving B2 to see if it's an alternative to wordpress
Also is there much integration between B2 and forums ?

There are no "per post" static pages like WordPress.
You get a
blog.com/blogName/ID or
/blogName/Date/Post Title
Check out some of the sites on the main page to get a feel for this...
In any case, Google and other search engines always index your site correctly with the title showing.
