[1.10.x] Data long error when importing back-up

My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Using phpMyAdmin I downloaded a copy of the blog database on my server and when I tried importing it into my local database, got this error..

#1406 - Data too long for column 'itpr_content_prerendered' at row 1

There are 6700 characters including spaces in that particular post and other posts are likely to aggregate the same character count.

Is this a limitation within b2evo or is it sumthing with my local settings?

It's your birthday, you have 2 solutions :

1/ on your blog, goto admin > tools and click the "delete prerendered content" link. Then wander over to PMA and grab a fresh copy of the database and import that into your local database instead

2/ crack open your current backup and change the size of the itpr_content_prerendered column in the bit where it creates the table and then redo the import
