My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

I recently upgraded to 1.9.3. Now I am having problems with the Blog URL parameter. For example, clicking on any link on my blog generates an extra forward slash in the URL – Example: http://enobytes.org/blog//index.php?blog=2 . The pages were working fine until the upgrade. How do I remove the extra forward slash?

When I go into admin under blog settings --> Blog URL parameters, the Blog Folder URL is selected which is what I want. The relative to baseurl = http://enobytes.org/blog// and it doesn't look like I can edit/remove the extra forward slash added to the end of the url.

How can I fix this?

Check your conf/_basic_config.php file and see if your $baseurl value has an extra slash at the end of it. I have no idea why or how it happens, but this odd extra slash seems to show up sometimes when people upgrade. I wonder: did you do the upgrade or did you use some sort of utility (Fantastico for example) to upgrade for you?

right on! I changed the conf/_basic_config.php file and its working like it should.

Upgrade - yes, the upgrade is forced through a Fantastico utility. I'll know what to do the next time I run into this problem using this utility. Many thanks EdB!
