File Backup Question

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I recently backed up my b2evolution files, and I'm wondering if there is a file that shows my previous posts?

I have looked around, and haven't been able to find them.

If someone could let me know where I can find my old posts after completing a file backup, I would really appreciate it.

You posts are stored in a database which needs to be backed up separately from the site files. You can usually back up your database via your webhost's control panel (CPanel, Plesk, whatever it is your host offers).
