My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I went to log in to the new program I installed. It's been a couple of weeks and the person using it is having problems trying to upload pictures...and it says invalid password.

So, I clicked on forgot password...and received no email. I entered every email I have, and still no email. I'm not sure why..but I am basically locked out.

Any ideas? I've been trying this for three days now.
