My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi,

I'm using the version 1.10.2

When bloggers are in there backoffice, I have disable the hability to them to manage their blog.
But the "blog setting" tab still appears in their backoffice.
If bloggers click on it, they have an error :
Requested Blog from T_blogs without ID!

How to hide this tab ?
