thanks for the heads up. i am not looking for the #, but the actual users.

my only thought was to create a separate user group and tag them after registration.

the follow-up being, none of my bloggers are actual admin. i have them setup as 'editors' so they don't break any of the settings.

can i make it so they receive the emails when a user registers?
