Can't change user permissions - redirected page not found

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have an admin login, but when I try to make another user into an admin I hit submit and it takes me to a page no found on my site...

Am I missing a file? Is there a form pointing to the wrong place? A redirect missing?

crack open conf/_basic.config.php and check that your $baseurl doesn't end with // ( it should only have one ;) )
