[1.8.x] Alternative to Microsoft Frontpage

My b2evolution Version: 1.8.x

I would greatly appreciate any alternatives to Microsoft Frontpage for modifying our b2 blog. Frontpage has mangled the b2 code irreparably and I finally had to reinstall everything. :(

It did have one feature which proved necessary, however. Frontpage has an option to "show hidden and system" files which turned out to be the bulk of the b2 code.

I cannot log on directly to our server and must work through an interface.

I like the free Crimson Editor. You can edit the files online, look at the results, and undo any changes you don't link with a click.

Similar to Crimson Editor, [url=http://www.editpadpro.com/]Edit Pad Pro[/url] is another good code editor... I've replaced the Windows Notepad with Editpad Pro and use it as the default text reader... I do all my html coding in it...
