My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Hi!

I would like to have my admin panel in french but i've been looking around and couldn't find why it's not working.

I've set Main Local: FRENCH CA
and regional: FRENCH CA

My blog is in french.. but not the admin panel/new post etc..

Why?
