You can download full russian distributive and only russian locales from my website

Я сделал 100% качественный русский перевод для b2evo ветки 2.1 (сделан в данный момент применительно на 2.1.0бета)

Скачать русский перевод и дистрибутив с русским переводом с моего сайта. также я там перевел документация по установки и обновлению и собрал воедино "подводные камни" которые помогут решить проблемы с кодировками

Переводы выполнены для двух локалей используемых для русского языка UTF-8 и CP1251

Есть предложение: разместить перевод на сервере локализации. Тогда все смогут получить лёгкий доступ к редактированию и улучшению перевода, а так же его импорту для любой версии

Писал о чем? Скорее всего фильтр.
У меня предложение разместить перевод b2evolution на www.drupaler.ru
К тому же я легко могу добавить оличество поддерживаемых языков.

да возможно ссылки отфильтровались.
кстати обновил перевод с учетом последней беты 2.20
"b2evolution на www.drupaler.ru" а сайт о друпал тут причем вообще? пусть лежит у меня дальше пока официально кто то не ответит. кстати там контактная форма http://fplanque.net/About/index.html сейчас лежит :)

Please: don't double-post stuff, and especially use the (appropriate language forum) for non-english posts. In this case it would be "Russian" yah?

And thanks for helping spread b2evolution to those who prefer Russian over English!

Can any of you write a small tutorial on how to post the Cyrillic font in the forum? According to the Russian section, not every one succeeded in that.

I'll write this tutorial. I prefer UTF-8 rather than local charset, so it will be helpful for all who has multilingual posts. Should I post it in this section? :)

In Russian section the Subject is only works with English text. There is no way to post Russian subject.

Another problem is a Preview button, when I push it the text area is converted to HTML symbols, so I never use it with Russian text. But I can edit and preview already published posts.
