I've installed b2evolution for my football teams website and I am absolutlely thrilled with it so far :)............... many thanks.
One query,
when a vistor leaves a comment, the comment is not published until an editor publishes it.
Is there a way of notifying the editor (team manager) either by email or a popup that a comment has been posted?
Basically comments have been left by visitors and have not been published because the team manager has forgotten to check.
Or is there a setting so that comments left are automatically added........... or is this bad practice

Hi,
Automatic allow of comments through backoffice -> Global Settings -> Plugins -> Basic Antispam Plugin -> Edit -> "Allow anonymous comments:" and backoffice -> Blog settngs -> (choose blog) -> Features -> Feedback Options -> New feedback status: -> Published.
Do install some of the Antispam measures. You can choose from the Captcha plugin, Turing plugin, Aksimet plugin, DNS Antispam trackback.
