My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I moved from one hosting company to another, and they were kind enough to move my blogs. The use fantastico, but in order to do upgrades now, I must do it manually.

I am not very technical so I need a step by step on this one. In fact, I do not even know what version I am using.

Can anybody help?
