My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Ok so I read info about Stub files and edited a_stub.php and future event postings are linking from calendar on the front end correctly.

You can view at:
http://www.coloradofilm.org/events

You can go to December and view December events.

However in the backend, I am only able to view 2 of the last posts I did and that's it. I'm unable to link to posts listed in archives.

I did read post above on "relative path". I don't see a way to do that in version I'm running.

I've posted a screen shot if you'd like to view admin settings for blog. Don't know if that will help:
