[2.3.0RC1] Upload Button Missing

My b2evolution Version: 2.3.0RC1

Hi,

when i try to write a new blog article on my freshly upgraded 2.3.0RC1 installation, the upload button for directly uploading files and merging them into my post is missing. Only the "files" button is there. Works as designed?

Hit the Files button. It will bring up a popup with an UPLOAD link on the right at the top
