My b2evolution Version: 2.x

first, thank you. my domain shift went without a hitch, and i am now happily using the latest version of this engine.

now, a simple question: how do i control where the "blog owner contact form" actually sends to? i get the impression that i had some control over that during the install, but i can't seem to change it from the backoffice. does this require a config modification?
