Order Blog list Items

My b2evolution Version: 2.3

Hello
I would like to know how can I organize the Blog list:

blogs/index.php?blog=1
blogs/index.php?blog=2
blogs/index.php?blog=3
blogs/index.php?blog=5...

I don't want to have the blogs ordered by id or creation date.

Is there any way in the administration panel to fix the order in any oder way? Or I have to touch php code? where and how?

We have a widget that can do this, it still needs tarting up for a final release but it should be available soon ;)
