[Fixed][2.4] minor bug - XHTML validation / video_plugin

There is still a small XHTML validation issue with _videoplug.plugin.php

wmode="transparent"

is not a valid XTHML 1.0 attribute of the <object> tag.

I removed instances of the wmode="transparent" attribute in this file and then had to delete the prerendered item cache to update the code, but this error could be easily fixed in future versions by removing that attribute.

Thanks John. I fixed the code myself, for now. But hopefully in future versions, I won't have to edit the plugin code. :)
