Not sure if this one is known yet or not, and it's really trivial, but when you install a plugin that makes a widget then install the widget you get

Widget «Inactive / Uninstalled plugin» has been added to container «Sidebar».

Kinda doesn't make sense because it's not inactive or uninstalled - just new.
