My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Previously I've been able to add scripts (such as google adsense) via the free html widget. But on 2.4.0 and now 2.4.1 if I try to put any kind of script - such as javascript or html into the free html box, when I hit save I get a 404 error.

Anyone come across this or can offer a solution?
