[1.10.x] Relative to baseurl not working

My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

When I set choose the option Relative to baseurl and enter my preferred url path, I found that it is not working. When I click the blog, it still goes to the default blog.

My site is [url=http://www.semiconductorcafe.net]www.semiconductorcafe.net[/url]

It looks like you've got this resolved at this point? I'm seeing different blogs show up when I click on different blogs so sounds like it's doing it's thing yah?

I search the forum. Somebody used absolute url to resolve it. It works for absolute url but it does not work for relative to baseurl.
