My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have a few questions about customizing what is in the XML Feed Widget. I know the file is in blogs\inc\widgets\widgets

First, I was able to comment out the line for feeds on comments because we are not using comments. However, I would like for it to only list RSS Posts & Atom Posts. Is this possible?

Second, I have also somehow gotten "govdocs" applied as the tempskin on the govdocs feed link, and I don't know how I did it or how to fix it. (Which is moot if I can remove the link, but the knowledge would still be helpful.

Finally, if we add other blogs where we DO allow comments, can this file be customized for each blog like with skins where you copy the php file into the skin folder?
