On Global settings -> Features towards the bottom there is a checkbox for "Allow moving categories". The note for that field says

Check to allow moving categories accross blogs.

The word accross should be across.

Actually this probably isn't a bug because it doesn't cause anything to not work. But it isn't right so it must be wrong and I don't think we have a forum for typographical errors.
