in my home page and also at forum header

kindly help me how to modify the given code so that it can be added..

Your best bet is to use http://www.feedburner.com and create a feed for your b2evolution RSS feed.

FeedBurner has HTML widgets (html code) you can paste anywhere you want such as your home page, or forum software/package.

Plus feedburner can be used to keep track of your RSS subscriptions.

That will be my advice to you.
